About Me

I'm a fourth year PhD student at the University of Washington in the Human-Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) department. Currently, I'm working with Kate Starbird and Sean Munson to start a new project exploring the use of tracking technology (e.g., Catapult, WHOOP, Fitbit, etc.) and data in college athletics. In this 2019-2020 academic year I published my first paper on my first author work and I am working on my general exam.

In May 2016, I graduated from UMass Amherst with a BS in Computer Science from the College of Information and Computer Science (CICS). I also completed the Commonwealth Honors College program with an undergraduate capstone project. This project was a part of my work in the LASER Lab where I was advised by Lori A. Clarke. During my undergraduate career I also competed on the NCAA Divsion I UMass Women's Rowing Team. For details about my collegiate rowing career, read my bio.
